Orders and shipping

Returns and exchanges

Defective or damaged pieces are returnable, and unworn items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Email us before shipping anything back so we can confirm eligibility.

Custom and bespoke work

We take custom commissions — alternate metals, different stones, sizing, engraving, or an entirely new piece. Start with our custom request form and we’ll follow up to talk through the details.

Appointments

Lamed is an online-first studio, and we also see clients in Los Angeles by appointment. Request a time through our appointment form and we’ll confirm the details by email.
